The paper edition of "Linux User & Developer" issue number 127 includes Lubuntu 13.04 as one of "four must-have distros" on the DVD. The description on the back of the DVD jacket says, "Ubuntu's lighter and faster sibling is a great choice for mobile or legacy hardware" It does not seem to be mentioned on the website (http://www.linuxuser.co.uk/) however.
