Lubuntu 13.04 is almost in "Linux Format" issue 172. The included DVD has a privacy remix of regular Ubuntu and also include Xubuntu and Kubuntu. So they kind of circle around it. However, the space for the 4th distro is taken by Manjaro instead of Lubuntu.
