Hi,
I have seen in other threads posted the idea of having a user manual for
14.04. Does anyone know if Lubuntu is planning or wanting to create a
community based user manual for 14.04? A user manual, while a challenge to
create, does go along way to convincing potential new users to use Lubuntu.

  Something like this: http://ubuntuguide.org/wiki/Ubuntu_Precise
