@brendan How people seek support for any of the many flavours and variants
of linux may drive the 'purists' mad :) But, the simple truth is that on
social media areas, people will ask and will help others. If you take the
time to follow, for example, the lubuntu face book area - these people are
given links to wiki areas / forums etc.... for new people, we *have* to
make it as easy as possible for them to come to lubuntu. Telling them "No,
you cannot have support here" would be like signing a suicide note!
