You need to write a apport hook to collect additional informations, such as configuration files, list of packages installed ... It's something you need to add manually, to extend apport support. Example, for libfm/pcmanfm : http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/oneiric/libfm/oneiric/view/head:/debian/apport/source_libfm.py Currently, not all LXDE packages have a hook, the list is on the TODO page.
