We're OK ;^) One person went on a rant without spending a little time to explore.
They were basically comparing our Alpha 3 to a final release w/o even having read the release notes.. I think the i386 is pretty good other than a few cosmetic blemishes, can't comment on the 64bit version because I lack 64bit hardware but I saw a lot of bugs reported. Hopefully in about another week I'll be able to monitor the forums a bit closer, but not all of those threads should have been merged.
