You'll notice it refers to "You can check at the Lucid Schedule that there was an Alpha 1, Alpha 2, Alpha 3 ..........". I do know the Lubuntu desktop image appeared on the tracker for Oneiric Alpha 3: http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/ Although there were no alternate or upgrade tests listed we're gaining.
