No, it's not. I've found a good repo from Martin Wimpress, his "Desktop stuff", with well-compiled versions for both 386 and amd64 of viewnior. We could copy that packages, since "official" repos hasn't compiled even for Oneiric. But they must be compiled / built for Precise. Here it is:
