Yes the Orca screen reader doesn't work at all with Chromium.

I have no statistics myself on who prefers Chromium vs. Firefox. But
assuming that only visually impaired people prefer Firefox is (at least
in my case) incorrect.
I am not visually impaired, and I prefer Firefox.
