Sorry for answering so late. I'm a bit "abducted" with the recent GTK3
changes, so I'm adapting the default theme and removing the ugly black
borders that are present in ALL themes now.

- Firefox will be our next browser, so yes, as we tried (and failed)
integrating Chromium better with Lubuntu, we'll see if Firefox is a good
boy and let us change its look and startpage at installation time (Chrom*
doesn't allow that). Those icons you see are remanents from Gnome theme and
they're disapearing in Lubuntu.

- Yes. I'm not convinced as well. The Artwork Team is working on it
(brainstorming :D).

- Desktop Preferences is using a wrong icon name. Not my fault. But PCManFM
uses a monochrome folder icon because it's cool! No, seriously, all file
managers are going onto symbolic icons, and we plan PCManFM uses this. Try
displaying sidebar at 16px. You'll see everything monochrome.

- We have Filezilla icon! (3rd party, btw). We're completing the theme but
sometimes we add some extra icons (Eclipse, GIMP, Inkscape, LibreOFfice,
Meld, Exaile, etc). Don't worry. It will grow.

Cheers!
