[Lubuntu-wiki-docs] Lubuntu Manual

Anybody interested in contributinhg to this, there is a meeting in 
#ubuntu-manual on June 8th at 18:00 UTC where a Lubuntu version is going 
to be discussed. Depending on the outcome of that I'll arrange another 
meeting for us Lubuntians to discuss what next.
