I think Yorvyk was the lead person on this. I've been disappointed by the lack of activity too, but since I've not been active myself, I can't really complain all that loudly! :) We seem to have missed deadlines for any kind of Lubuntu Manual for 13.10. Let's hope we can do much better for 14.04.
