If you look at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/SubTeams, you'll notice I just added comments denoting the start and end of each teams' info bubble. This makes it possible to include into other wiki pages.
For example, check out the top of https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/QA and you'll find: <<Include(Lubuntu/SubTeams, , from="^##StartQATeam", to="##EndQATeam")>> Use that for your own subteam as you like, just replacing "QA" with your team, one of ['Admin', 'Developers', 'Brainstorming', 'Communications', 'Documentation', 'Artwork', 'IRC', 'Global']. An aside: I changed Translations to Global to better reflect the current state of that team.
