It is my pleasure to announce the availability of the first Open Source distribution of algorithmic stemmer and lemmatizer for Polish. It uses a universal stemmer library from Egothor project (http://www.egothor.org), and ships with high-quality stemming tables based on a well-balanced corpus of contemporary Polish.

Distribution package contains classes for stemming, benchmarking, and for integration with Lucene (Analyzer and TokenFilter).
