The first pass throught 'ant compile' would copy the files, process
the JavaCC files, and compile the Java files. Second and subsequence
passes would result in it compiling a smaller number of Java files,
even though they hadn't been changed.
Environment: Linux, Sun JDK 1.2.

Are you using the fixed version perhaps? The fix was already checked in.
