The BUILD.txt file documents the dependency on jakarta-ant-optional.jar, so
I don't think this is a bug, however maybe this should go in the FAQ as
well.
Another option would be to download the jar automatically from
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-ant/release/v1.3/bin/jakarta-ant-1.
3-optional.jar
We could use an ant 'get' task to put it into ${ANT_HOME}/lib. Overkill?
