I have run the unit-tests a number of times after applying the patch and encountered no failures.
Note that the secondary exception that I occasionally encountered, "System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path ... is denied", is due to a bug in TortoiseSVN 1.4.5 Build 10425.
