Bug in function "SupportClass.Number.ToString(long number) (LUCENENET-122)

This function is used in "FileNameFromGeneration"  and creates  wrong index
file names therefore a lot of Index tests fail.

 

I would recomment to apply the LUCENENET-122 patch before debugging.
