Hi László,
Can you:
1) Add the Apache 2.0 License to the attached "Makefile".
2) Add a brief, "Makefile-ReadMe.txt" file to go with the "Makefile". It
should explain how to use the "Makefile" and what it does. Btw, it too need to
have the Apache 2.0 License text.
3) In what folder should the "Makefile" be?
4) How about a "Makefile" for the Demos and NUnit? This would be nice to have.
5) If possible, submit the files in a patch.
As a side note, please tell us of any .cs file that don't compile -- those are
most likely files that we need to remove from the source.
