Attached is the upgrade patch.
Only Lucene.Net library was upgraded.
I realize this patch will require both VS05 and VS08 projs will need to be
synch'd with the same source files.
However, I would encourage this community to upgrade to upgrade because VS08
can build for .net 2.0 and VS08 is way faster for dev in general.
