Lucene 2.9.0 Patches

Hey,

 

I'm currently working on a port of the Lucene Spatial Contrib project.
(which is almost there!)

 

I've come across a couple of issues with the 2.9 build of Lucene.Net.
What is the procedure for me to submit these patches? Do I submit them
to this mailing list or Jira?
