Nick and Mike, thanks for this patch, well done! I'm ready to commit it, but I
have 2 points:
#1) Nick: I have to remove the author's name from GeneralKeyedCollection. If
you have an issue with that, let me know as we can't use your contribution
which I hate to see happening.
#2) Mike: This class should be in the SupportClass.cs otherwise it will appear
as if it's part of Java Lucene too, so once Nick gives us an "OK" for #1 I will
move it and commit.
