Confluence has some fun plugins:

Http://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/tour/confluence-wiki-plugins.jsp

It also supports alternative templates for the output, I don't believe Moin has
the same capabilities. There is an upgraded code macro plugin which leads me to
believe there is basic code highlighting support, and if needed we could always
install the plugin.

That said since I've used Moin I'm happy to go with what I know

either wiki
* set up to support code syntax highlighting/coloring ?
* attachments ?

(I generally use trac, so I'm not totally familiar what the other two are
offered, much less what our limitations are)
