Thanks Digy for this excellent contribution. On my machine, it is only ~30%
slower than normal search. I will investigate performance of this more in the
near future, but attaching this in case it is useful to others. You can tweak
the various numbers to make it better reflect your index size.
I think it is necessary to get all hits (i.e. can't do top n docs) for the
bitset to work correctly, right? I suspect this will be the big performance
bottleneck.
