Doug has been participating at Lucene.Net since early 2008 such that he took my initial raw port of 2.3.1 and cleaned it up to a beta status. Since then, he has been active at debugging and fixing issues via JIRA. In addition, he has been actively participating in dev and user discussions and providing support and comments to issues.
