All kinks have been worked out, LUCY-141 has been resolved, and I've updated
the 0.1.0 release TODO list.
Two notes:
* The idea of a "run_astyle.pl" script has been expanded into "lucytidy.pl"
which wraps multiple formatters and can be run on the entire Lucy source
tree.
* http://wiki.apache.org/lucy/LucyStyleGuide has been updated, and no longer
refers to the HTTPD style guide (which wasn't followed closely by the
KinoSearch code base anyway). It may not be thorough enough now, but it
warns about the auto-formatters at least.
