Nope... turns out I *can* moderate from that address.
So, the config which works (and doesn't require any help from
infrastructure, the Lucene PMC, Doug, etc) is stay subscribed to lucy-
dev, lucy-user, and lucy-commits with my apache.org address, but add
my rectangular.com address to the lucy-dev-allow and lucy-user-allow
so that I can post.
