Attachment: lucy_build.diff
The patch file lucy_build.diff adds several capabilities to Lucy::Build:
* Compile .bp files.
* Parse embedded bindings within .pm files.
* Autogenerate POD.
* Run nested test files, e.g. t/charmonizer/test.t.
It also spends a lot of time checking whether files are up-to-date and
avoiding unnecessary recompilation.
