Under certain conditions, Highlighter chooses excerpts which have no keywords.
This bug was originally reported by Nick Wellnhofer against KinoSearch version
0.31: [http://rectangular.com/pipermail/kinosearch/2010-November/007467.html].
The problem still exists in Lucy.
