Lucy hasn't built under Windows for several months. It was broken
from r1037377 on 2010-11-20 until r1085830 on 2011-03-26.
I had to go bug hunting for Windows problems during this period, which
was difficult because many glitches had accumulated. I built up a
collection of patch files which at least allow Lucy to build, albeit
while spewing warnings and leaking memory like crazy. It's not a
complete collection, but it will help a lot if anybody ever has to go
back again. Hopefully no one will.
