Updated trunk/ruby/Rakefile to include the following functionality:
1. Build trunk/clownfish/ruby
2. Call Clownfish::CFC::Binding::Core and invoke "write_all_modified"
3. Create the routines for actually building the following:
a. ./trunk/core
b. ./trunk/ruby/src
