Personally, I think Microsoft's most mature operating system (that I have 
used) is Windows 2000. More specifically, Windows 2000 Server + (Windows 2000 
Pro is a little crappy).

The closest I'll ever come to an XP arrangement is with Windows Server 2003 
(still contemplating giving it an initial review).
