Is there a need in Uganda (or the great lakes region) for high computational tasks to be done over a shorter time span?
What are high computational tasks that Uganda needs to do? BoU data? HIV/Health-realted data from Mulago?, Weather data?, Makerere data? Lake Vic data? Are we not collecting data and thus do not need to analyze/compute/use it?
Asking because I am curious :=)
