How can you question that which you are not using?

Ballmer is playing old-and-tried scare tactics.  He is professing that security patches from Linux cannot be trusted yet knowing the majority have not tried Linux and if he can put fear into them they will not switch.

How does Ballmer himself know that the patches are not of quality?  Is this hearsay or experience?

If M$ has admitted that the greatest threat to their world domination is a product that is flakey then it says VOLUMES about the quality of their own products!

In this respect, I would think he is right. To most people, the only
computer they or have runs on Windows and despite its short comings they
feel they have no alternative. If they can get wind of something called
linux then maybe they will come to trust it.
