In most cases, E-bay and PayPal will accept online payments. If you can locate a vendor/reseller through those, then you're set. Haven't yet had issues with my Standard Bank ZA (Stanbic) MasterCard here, though. In some cases, though, depending on the country you are buying from (or got the card from), your payment will need to be verified over 24 to 48 hours before your merchandise is released. It gets more interesting if your VAT/Tax number is required.
