Well, you could say the coming of the SNO to ZA has been long overdue, and with more and more complaints from major network providers and such users (about Telkom and its rather high prices), the pressure has been on to do something liberal. The SNO is still slated for introduction soon, but given the market size, we shall see some major changes to the sector. Some of the major ISP's have been quietly gearing up, and come Feb 1, 2005, will be moving those voice-laden bits faster than you can say 'ping'!
