The growing interest in dual-core processors is forcing users--and
software vendors--to take a fresh look at software-licensing policies.

"Many enterprise applications traditionally have been licensed on a
'per-processor' basis--one license, one processor. Up until now, that
was a perfectly reasonable policy. The question now is, for
