Ah well, the guy didn't fly in to specifically carry out the course. My 
earlier mail indicated that the fellow flew in to set up the initial EACOSS 
software mirror (if you visit the site, you notice that the software mirror 
section is still undeveloped) and since he has the expertise, why not utilize 
it?
