Well, actually, we do. ZAR's are legal tender in Sz (except ZAR coins below 
the R1 mark). Actually, for most SADC countries, ZAR's are legal.

Problem is it's not mutual - it's only in the rarest of parts in ZA (mostly 
closer to the borders) that other SADC countrys' legal tender MAY be valid.
