definitely.. but would be useless (esp in our dusty kla) where there's no GRPS, 3G(i wish) and WiFi.hotspots. :-(
but am sure this is definitely a plus, in the developed world. I for one would definitely buy a skype-ready phone. Skype has a version for pocket-pc though.
GPRS, 3G, EDGE, etc.... No. (rather not yet?)
As for Wifi, YES. I use it everyday and I am talking of dusty Kampala!
