I am sure you find it easier to help someone who asks a routing question with some ascii diagrams, traceroute output, etc than someone who just says I have a cisco 3640 and I can't connect to the internet!!
i agree with you Noah, but since our ugandan "IT" experience is not as old as jon postel and co., we could probably still reserve the rtfms, etc.. till the newbie *really* starts to suck :-) .. (which is an unlikely scenario).
