Thanks for your pro activeness and we apologies for our apathy at the time.
We are converts now we can use the box at IXP or as I said we have a donated
box that just needs being configured and installed.

Yes, CFI put a box there and asked folks participating in the IXP thing 
to configure their graphs.
Infocom did so and the rest showed no interest.
So I wonder why this issue is coming up again.
