This we plan to do in a Meeting scheduled in Dakar, April 2005, which will focus on identifying opportunities and solutions so as to meet the needs of public sector, business and civil society organizations in Africa I am being asked to coordinate developers and projects who will love to showcase their work during this meeting. Projects should fall in these sectors: e-Government Health Education I will be more than grateful if you guys will help me identify current FOSS players in Africa, Developers and applications to be invited to showcase during the meeting.
