Summary: The Board of Directors of the "UCC of Kenya" seems to have been dissolved.
These are the fruits of corruption...
i dont follow kenyan issues closely, but was the CCK board dissolved for non-performance, or was it because the kenya government want a board composed of its "corrupt" people?
Apparently, the issue had something to do with the minister being ordered to deny license acquisition for the 3rd GSM operator - the operator took the matter to court, and get this, WON!
The effects of the operator's win is what we have witnessed today!
then this was a very stupid act by the minister then. if the courts decide something, how will a new board overturn the court's decision?
