Well, at least it's good to see networks in other parts of the world are 
providing hosting services *correctly*. I really dislike the way most African 
ISP's (yeah, me included, but hey, the folly of competition) sell (web) 
hosting services on the premise of disk space alone.

Online content attracts/uses bandwidth, but for an ISP to say $50 to host a 
temporary NGO website and at the same time say $50 to host the national 
newspaper is quite alarming, without consideration for things such as 
bandwidth, management, security, electricity, availability, environmental 
controls, e.t.c.

Oh well, one step at a time, I guess.
