NAVY R&D PROJECT LOOKS TO OPEN-SOURCE USE

Open Source Software Institute (OSSI) unveils a three-year CRADA program. The program will explore the use of open-source software within the Naval Oceanographic Office's Web services for scientific computing and enterprise architecture systems.
