UTL's answer to the complaint was that the mail server sending the mail was not properly configured (this is the same mail server that can send/receive mail from all over the world!)
Either UTL has perfected their end better than the yahoo and gmail guys, who by the way probably spend millions of dollars in R&D, or they are doing their customers a dis service.
Spam filters aren't any good if they keep out even legitimate mail.
