Well, going back to the original thread, Is there a way of contacting network administrators for the different ISPs/Telcos besides calling the guys you know personally? Given that the idea of email doesnt seem to work efficiently with one of the telcos, do the other telcos have their contacts listed someplace where angry clients can contact them?
