Yes, there is a working installation on the one2net 
mailserver. Since I assume Julius has neccessary 
privileges, please check the files under 
/usr/local/www/webmail/plugins/vlogin 
on the server mail.one2net.co.ug 

(hint: it may be useful to run diff -u against the files 
dowloaded from the squirrelmail site)

In this case I combined the vlogin stuff with another useful 
plugin (multilogin) - check the files under 
/usr/local/www/webmail/plugins/multilogin to get the feel of 
the whole setup.

One gotcha to look out for, is you MUST have the 
compatibility plugin installed.
