But for your kind info, Infocom does 10Mbps down as of last upgrade.

As of the end of 2004,  Makerere had approximately 3mbps downlink over both utl and mtn combined and unless they upgraded this over 2005,  i don't think it can come up to 50% of Uganda's bandwidth.

Besides if I can take it a step higher I can bet ,The grand casino is just near me  if last year's usage for the universty was above 7 terabytes that is minus porno :-[
